Dining: Sumosam Cebu

Located in the terraces Ayala Cebu, it's a Japanese restaurant owned by actor/ chef Marvin Agustin.

It was Mother's Day and we decided to try a different array of food, thus decided to go Japanese since I'm not much of a Japanese cuisine fan coz I don't like raw food..

Here are the deliciously prepared food we tried...

Chicken tempura

Shrimp tempura

Seafood ramen

Chocolate milk shake

Sizzling beefstrips

Frozen tiramisu (unfortunately I didn't like its texture and taste) :(

Our total bill 1700 pesos...

Located in Bacayan Talamban Cebu, this spacious cafe serves sumptuous meal.

What I love most among the menu is there beef caldereta and pochero.

They serve unlimited rice, have live bands during Friday and Saturday night.

My favorite appetizer is their unripe mango with bagoong.

Malapascua Island

First stop this summer: Aabana resort in Malapascua Island, Cebu

There are plenty of resorts to choose from in malapascua but for this trip we choose Aabana...

We called Mike the owner +63 917 523 4105 a day before our trip and booked a room for 6 pax.

Room rates here range from 400-2500 with breakfast and 250 per head for additional pax with breakfast...

Since the resort was fully booked at the time, we stayed in the new Siko's room which was a tie up house beside the resort. It was priced at 1600 for two and since it was 6 of us we payed 2600 per night with breakfast plus the electric bill in excess of 1kw. Siko had a AC, ref, a hot&cold shower, a kitchen, dining and living room area that was really spaceous.

Aabana unfortunately has no restaurant as of now so you may opt to eat in the restaurants in the neighboring resorts, bring packed food or cook your own meal.

There are only small sarisari store in the main barrio so i say bring everything you need so youll not need to buy anything more and just enjoy the vacation.

Activities in the resort:
Kajak 100/hr
Wind surfing 50/hr
Jet ski 4500/hr
Island tour/island hopping 1000-1800
Depending on your route. Options are around the island to snorkling areas, chocolate island, carnaza island and more...
Diving the no 1 activity can be done through different dive shops found in the island.
Sun bath
Relax
Enjoy swimming in the clear waters

We surely enjoy this 2night vacation and would be looking forward to coming back to this paradise...

Where it all started...

Ej's (named after the person that gave him) first steps to this journey was when i got him from my sisters gift collections... A friend of hers gave her a unique souvenier item from Bohol, as we opened it a very adorable creature came out as a surprise... But as a souvenier Ej was just stocked in the room for viewing.

But as the label say, dnt keep iton display ... So i decided to bring him along in all the places we will be going...
